Red Wines
Pinot Noir - The soft texture and dark color compliment the flavors of berry fruit, with a subtle raspberry undertone. An approachable yet still sophisticated red wine. Medium Body, Medium Oak, Dry.

Cabernet Sauvignon - A hint of violet is present in the bouquet, typical of this variety. It’s superbly enhanced with the addition of oak, and while it can be drunk young, it also does well with age. Medium Body, Medium Oak, Dry.

Sauvignon Blanc (Ontario) - Straw color, grassy nose; bold herbal tones and fresh citrus flavors on the palate.
Pinot Grigio (Italy) - bouquet reveals bright citrus and green apple aromas with honeydew tones, exquisite balance of citrus and acidity.
Chardonnay (Calif) - soft opening with balanced acidity, vanilla oak and spice notes, citrus & tropical fruit leading to medium balanced finish.
Chardonnay (Australia) - clean, crisp & rich varietal, golden-hued w/ slightly tart flavors of vanilla and cloves.
Viognier (Calif) - Viognier are known for their floral aromas with notes of peach, apricot & honeysuckle. This wine to be extremely fruit-forward with a dry and aromatic finish.

Gewurztraminer (Germany) - bold tropical fruits to to palate, lovely smooth finish. Soft structure, floral wine with balanced crisp acidity.

Riesling Traminer (Australia) - lively golden hue, with floral notes, apple crispness, hints of rose petals & passion fruit, long medium body finish.
